Eco Robinson moth trap and spares
All our traps catch moths alive so that they are ideal for survey work, population counts and collecting fertile females for breeding programmes.
An alternative to the traditional Robinson trap using Eco electrics - a 20W blacklight fluorescent tube.
Economic on the environment as well as cost in comparison, as this tube has no need for a choke.
A 12V battery of at least 24ah will also run this trap with an inverter (products Z683 and Z682).
Supplied complete with 6m mains cable and 3-pin plug. There is an optional extra of 50m flex on a handy cable winder with connectors (illustrated). An earth leakage trip is recommended for personal safety (see below E7584.)
